Kenya safari budget calculator
The park fee is one part of a safari budget. Separate the vehicle and driver, accommodation, meals and entry days so you can compare supplier quotes on the same basis.
Start with what you know
A clearer view of the costs.
Enter your allowances, then calculate. You can change the numbers, compare another version, or save a link when you are happy with it.

Know what the result means.
Rooms × nightly rate × nights, meals per traveller per day, vehicles × daily vehicle-and-driver quote × days, park days × adult/child entry allowances, return travel and contingency. Missing park fees remain unknown.
A practical example
A three-day trip does not necessarily mean three park-entry days. Enter the actual number charged by your supplier. Confirm park, conservancy, vehicle, age, residency and season rules directly before paying.

Are the park-entry figures official?
The figures in this calculator are your own allowances. Use a current official tariff or supplier quote for the correct park, dates and visitor category. Our destination pages show currently evidenced fees when available.
Why is my result a partial estimate?
A blank adult park fee, or a blank child fee when children are included, leaves that cost unknown. It is not treated as free. Accommodation and transport still need supplier confirmation.
Can I enter a packaged safari quote?
Use separate components when available. Avoid counting meals, park fees or transport again if they are already included in a package. Ask the supplier for a clear inclusions list.
