You can explore Kenya Within without creating an account. When you send a question, suggest a place or order a service, we use the details you provide to handle that request. Please leave out sensitive personal details that we do not need.

Payments and messages

Trip-planning briefs may include your contact details, travel dates, budget, party size, children’s ages and optional practical preferences. We use them to research and fulfil your requested service, keep your brief with the order, and contact you about the plan. Please provide children’s ages rather than names, and practical requirements rather than medical records. Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to marketing.

While you complete the planning form, a temporary draft is stored in this browser tab using session storage. The form restores drafts for up to 24 hours; you can clear the draft with its on-page button. A successful payment confirmation clears it in that tab. Draft recovery may be unavailable if your browser blocks storage. The full brief is submitted when you continue to payment, even if payment is not completed.

Paystack handles payment details on its checkout. Kenya Within records order information and the payment reference so we can verify purchases and provide access or fulfil a service. LeadAfrik provides the shared payment connection and email infrastructure.

Visits and performance

Free trip links contain your planning choices, such as destination, budget and party size, rather than contact information. Sharing a link shares those choices. Saved trips and checklist progress use this browser’s local storage on this device; they do not sync to an account. You can remove saved trips or reset checklists using their controls, or clear your browser’s site data.

When a free plan or calculation completes, we may record a limited completion event with the tool path and an event ID. We do not include your budget, party details, travel choices or contact information in that event. A daily keyed hash of the request IP is used to limit repeated events; the raw address is not stored in these event records. Counts can include repeat users and can be prevented by browser settings. They are not unique-visitor or confirmed-purchase counts.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, visits, referral sources and site performance. Its analytics service does not use tracking cookies or fingerprint visitors, and does not log URL query strings. Browser settings and blockers can prevent measurement.

Cloudflare also provides hosting, security and operational metrics. These service logs are separate from browser analytics. Read about Cloudflare Web Analytics and its data collection details.

Access cookies

Secure session cookies support admin sign-in and purchased access. The admin console is limited to the two authorised administrators.
