Yes. We can research a local weekend, a family holiday, a first Kenya visit or a longer route within Kenya. Tell us where you are starting, who is travelling and how much time and money you want to spend.

Yes. Tell us what you want to combine, the ages of any children, your preferred pace and your priorities. We research the route, accommodation options and practical travel arrangements within the package scope. Any specialist supplier arrangements are confirmed and booked directly with that supplier.

Yes. Include the arrival and departure times, fixed stops and public hotel links in your brief, and explain what can change. Leave out passport details, card information and private booking references. We plan around the arrangements you identify as fixed.

A date range, a rough budget or “help me choose” is fine. Give us your likely trip length and explain what is flexible. If something essential is missing, we ask you to clarify it before completing the research.

Describe practical needs such as step-free rooms, shorter walks, vegetarian meals, rest breaks or child seats. We use those requirements when researching options and flag details to confirm directly with suppliers. You do not need to send medical records or diagnoses.

The planning fee is KSh 5,000 for visitors browsing from Kenya or an unknown location, and US$50 for visitors browsing from outside Kenya. International fees are converted to Kenyan shillings using a dated rate. Your exact KES charge is shown before you pay; your bank may apply its own conversion and fees.

It is one fee for your whole travel party within the package limits: up to 12 travellers, 14 travel days and four overnight bases in Kenya. Your travel budget and supplier costs are separate.

Yes. Complete the trip brief, review the scope and exact charge, then continue to secure Paystack checkout. Your travel planning request is confirmed once payment is verified. Starting checkout or saving a draft does not confirm a paid booking.

International visitors see a US$50 planning fee with its exact Kenyan-shilling equivalent before checkout. Payments settle in KES. Paystack shows the payment methods available for your transaction; choose from the options offered there. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion charges.

If checkout does not open, your answers remain in the form and, when browser storage is available, in this tab for up to 24 hours. If you were charged, use Find your purchase or contact [email protected] with your payment reference before paying again. A pending or cancelled checkout is not a confirmed planning request.

We get back to you with our first researched response within 24–48 hours after verified payment and a complete brief. For a straightforward trip this may include your first draft. Longer trips or detailed requests can take more research; we confirm the final-plan delivery date in that first response.

One round of revisions is included for the same dates, party, duration and main destinations. Ask within seven days of receiving your draft. A substantially different trip or additional research is scoped and priced with you before any extra paid work.

We send your written plan by email and use the contact preference in your brief for follow-up where possible. Keep your payment reference. You can email [email protected] with that reference to add information or ask about your request.

This is a research and planning service. We provide hotel options, booking links or contacts, transport recommendations and activity suggestions. You make reservations and pay suppliers directly. The planning fee does not include accommodation, flights, transport, entry fees or activities, and does not reserve availability.

We check your brief before starting research. If we cannot take it on within the purchased scope, we offer a full refund of the planning fee or an alternative scope for your agreement. Contact [email protected] with your payment reference about cancellations or payment problems.

No. Hotel rates, transport prices, activity fees and availability can change. We provide indicative costs, date relevant checks and explain what needs confirmation. A recommendation or booking link does not hold a room, ticket or departure for you.

Visa and entry applications, medical advice, emergency assistance and live on-trip support are outside this planning package. If your departure is very soon, contact us before paying so we can confirm whether the research timeline will work for you.

Contact [email protected] promptly with your payment reference and explain the situation. We review cancellation requests against the work already started and confirm the available options. If we cannot fulfil the purchased scope, we offer a full planning-fee refund or an agreed alternative before research starts.

The team uses your contact details and preferences to fulfil your planning request as explained in our privacy notice. A brief preview is included in the team’s payment notification; the full brief is stored with the order. Leave out passports, payment-card details, private booking references and medical documents. Browser draft saving is limited to this tab for up to 24 hours when storage is available.
