What's the difference between Tsavo East and Tsavo West?
Tsavo East is vast, flat and open — famous for big herds of red-dust elephants, the Aruba Dam and Mudanda Rock. Tsavo West is hillier and more scenic — Mzima Springs, the Shetani lava flow, Chaimu Crater and the Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary, with Kilimanjaro views. They're separate parks (each charges its own fee).
